We’re incredibly fortunate to have Christian Reuther in charge of all things food at the Convent.

Our Chef

Christian Reuther joined the team late last year and already has plans to redesign the kitchen and working with the ground staff, develop the kitchen garden, the produce of which will be used in the restaurant. Christian is a familiar face in Daylesford having moved to the town thirteen years ago after returning from three years in the UK and Europe. A country lad at heart, having grown up on a bio-dynamic farm in the Goulburn Valley, Daylesford suits him very well.
